“Surely there’s more to it…”
That’s what I thought when I first came across this routine…
It went against everything “the experts” had told me I needed to do
to stop the cravings and fit back into my nice dresses and jeans.
See, the last 18 years of my life had become one big blur…
Raising 4 teenage boys and putting their needs before mine, I let my health and body slip away.
I wasn’t born with great genetics, and making my body work for me has always been an uphill battle.
Stress eating, watching TV late at night to unwind and get some downtime with a glass of wine… and ordering the occasional take out on the way home from work because it was too late to cook.
What kind of role model was I being for my boys?
I couldn’t do all the things I always wanted to do with them. I couldn’t play ball games or run with them in the park. I just had to watch from the sidelines.
See, I’ve tried over and over again to get my body back. I’ve listened to all the health experts and taken their advice…
No matter how well I ate, no matter how hard I worked out… nothing worked, nothing gave me the long lasting results it promised…
And I’d stick to the plan to a “t” – the food deprivation, hard workouts…
It felt like my body was working against me
Sure the scales crept down a few notches after several weeks, but in no time at all I was back to where I started, and sometimes even worse off.
And slowly it just got worse and worse…and I couldn’t be bothered trying so hard anymore
I felt hopeless, helpless and ashamed of what I had become.
Then I was told about this “8 Second Routine” to be done every evening.
It works at night… and that if this key area isn’t addressed, no amount of clean eating or exercise would shift my bulge.
I was curious about it… skeptical as well
Could it fix my problems?
Why had no Personal Trainer, Nutritionist or Doctor ever mentioned it to me?
Till then, all I knew was failed eating plans, useless advice and feeling depressed and hopeless.
I had to try it, no matter how ridiculously simple it seemed. If it had worked for them, why not for me?
And then… it was like a switch had been flicked!
As though my body just clicked into gear… and I watched my tummy literally melt away once I started this evening routine.
With all the running around looking after the kids, I hadn’t even had time to set up a proper exercise or meal plan, and it was working!
And then it occurred to me that my unwanted gains had nothing to do with…
👎 How much exercise or cardio I did…
👎 How much I’d starve myself on a food plan…
👎 Avoiding all my favorite foods…
👎 My genetics…
👎 Or even aging…
For the first time as a Mom, I began gaining control of my health again!
This Simple Evening Routine changed everything for me.
> My cravings disappeared
> I have the best deep sleeps since as long as I can remember
> I enjoy eating food without worrying or feeling guilty
> I can wear clothes I feel great in
> My back pain and knee pain vanished
> And I haven’t felt this energetic and vibrant since my 30s – before the kids came along 😉

I feel younger and more vibrant than what I did before my first son was born.
Today I can finally get involved with my four active boys. I get to play with them and keep up with their crazy energy filled activities.
We are now more closer and connected than ever, and it feels amazing when they ask me to play with them outdoors – the Mom I always dreamed of being for my kids!
